June Updates

Asynchronous half day: Beginning June 18th your child’s classroom teacher will schedule and inform parents of an asynchronous half-day to prepare student belongings for our retrieval day.

Student Retrieval and Face-to-Face Goodbye: A schedule has been created to ensure a safe and orderly retrieval of items that your child may have left at school and to return any school books and technology loaned. On June 29, each class will receive a window of 30 minutes for the retrieval of items while your child’s classroom teacher will host a short opportunity (30 mins) for students to say goodbye to one another face-to-face. Classroom teachers will gather with their own students at their entry lines while observing all safety protocols as per the reentry plan.

Once students have retrieved their belongings, classroom teachers will escort the class back outdoors to say goodbye and meet up with parents. Please refer to the table below for your scheduled date and time to retrieve your child’s/children’s belongings and to say goodbye to one another face-to-face.
