Mindful Movement

Our grades 4,5,6,7 and 8 students will be participating in a 1-hour Mindful Movement practice led by Jessica Darmanin on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022.

This is an opportunity for us to practice Mindful Movement and self-connection with the support of our school community, in an effort to feel good, both mentally and physically. Our practice will include accessible movement, breath awareness, and meditation. 

As always the Mindful Movement will be practiced as exercises only, not prayer.  Mindful Movement can prepare us in body and mind, but for the spiritual aspect, we always turn to Catholic Prayer and Meditation. 

If you DO NOT wish for your child to participate, please inform your child’s teacher in writing by Monday, May 16, 2022.
