On Wednesday, September 28th our school will hold our annual Terry Fox Fundraiser at St. Joseph, Richmond Hill. Each year millions of students run across Canada to raise funds for cancer research and awareness. This year our school has decided to achieve a target of raising $600 for the Terry Fox Foundation. We will be collecting a loonie and/or toonie to support the Terry Fox Foundation. Donations can also be made online at https://schools.terryfox.ca/
As a special treat to all our students, CSC has invited an ice cream truck to our school to provide each student with a treat during the event. Each child can get an option of an ice cream cone or a slushy (non-dairy). If you do not want your child to have this treat, please let your child’s teacher know before Wednesday.
