The Minister of Education recently announced students in York Region will return to in-person learning on February 16, 2021 (following the Family Day long weekend). The staff of St. Joseph looks forward to welcoming our students back to school.

Family Literacy Day

Although we are being asked to stay home and avoid travel, Family Literacy Day was a great way for our families to explore the world and celebrate literacy safely at home.  Thank you to the wonderful families who shared with us pictures of your children/family engaging in literacy-related activities. 

Sankofa Virtual Saturday Morning Programs

The York Region Alliance of African Canadian Communities, supported by the Government of Canada, is hosting 2 programs: Sankofa Virtual Saturday Mornings Storytelling and Poetry Program and Sankofa Media and Tech Virtual Program.
