We thank our Board of Trustees for approving the funds for a Mental Wellness Presentation. All Area 4 schools will receive the presentation for all students in Grades 5-8.

Mindful Movement

Our grades 4,5,6,7 and 8 students will be participating in a 1-hour Mindful Movement practice led by Jessica Darmanin on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022.

This is an opportunity for us to practice Mindful Movement and self-connection with the support of our school community, in an effort to feel good, both mentally and physically.
